Easy enough to fix though ....
Just kill this startup here:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ThatStupidFrogSong] C:\WINDOWS\system32\SendToNumberOne.exe
Click on Fix Checked, exit HijackThis and reboot. Then it should be gone
