*cough* Anyways.
I work for Dell, currently in the role of technical writer and formerly in technical support, doing hardware and software support. Recent happenings at work led me to explore more about malware. I've always been good at dealing with malware, good in the sense I could remove *most* problems *if* the virus definitions caught it. I do know Sysinternals thoroughly enough, and since I was recently tasked with writing internal and external guides covering concepts of malware removal, I wanted to build my experience beyond the static approaches Dell uses, and eventually found myself learning quite a bit about malware analysis. I'm setting up a lab, have dozens of malware samples, some curriculum to follow, but I want to learn more. I have already applied to the Malware Removal University and hope to join the team here in the future, and very much want to do my part against the baddies and learn as much as humanly and inhumanly possible.
That's my short and simple story anyways. How are you?
*cheers*
