=========================================
With the newer versions of ransomware, it is unlikely that you will be able to recover your files if you don't have backups of them.
The following forum at Bleeping Computers
ransomware-support offers support for people with ransomware problems, and there you will find specialists in dealing with that infection, who may be able to help you.
At this point all I will say is, if you cannot afford to lose your files ... DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE YOUR INFECTION UNTIL YOU HAVE CONSULTED THE EXPERTS IN THIS INFECTION ... removal of the infection will usually remove the cryptographic key on which decryption depends, and if you remove that, then even if you pay the ransom you will still not be able to recover your files.
Therefore what I suggest you do is contact the experts at Bleeping Computers, and see what they advise.
